Implementing Digitial Factory Transformation in 73 Easy Steps
Implementing a digital factory transformation strategy can seem like a dauntingly huge project, fraught with risk and incurring great expense. Indeed, the perceived task is so huge that many fear to begin. That perception, however, couldn’t be farther from the truth, and in this presentation Adrian Jennings explains how to transform a factory in a series of small, value added projects that link together into a grand digitization strategy. The secret is to be strategic about tactical decisions, to solve one problem at a time in a coherent, coordinated approach that link together into a much bigger picture. Mr. Jennings will use real world examples to explain how corporations are shifting gear from investing in solutions, to investing in platforms which enable a whole ecosystem of solutions.
